Well, speaking of David Andrews, here he is.  Pictac is available from Noel
Runyan of Personal Data Systems, call 408-866-1126.  When I talked to him last
year he talked about selling it for around $100, but I don't know what he
finally set the price at.  He also talked about bundling it with the Arkenstones
he sells.
