I have tried it and it is delicious and easy to cook. Enjoy. Mango Cheesecake Cream Cheese 2 packages (8 oz each) Sugar 2/3 cups Eggs 2 Vanilla 2/3 teaspoon Mango pulp 2-3 tablespoons Graham cracker crust 1 (ready made) Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar well. Add eggs one by one and mix well. Add mango pulp and mix well. Follow the instructions to prepare the ready-made Graham cracker crust, pour the mixture in, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Check after 25 minutes and make sure the cream cheese mixture is baked but not browned. Spoon a layer of mango pulp on top. Cool and referigate. Sanjiv K. Bhatia sanjiv@fergvax.unl.edu
