howdy,

I've looking around for a while now and haven't 
been able to locate a monolithic 16 bit synchronous 
counter, TTL compatible, and preferably not in a PGA 
or Quad package.  I have considered making one using 
an FPGA, but it would be too slow. I am looking for 
something under 30 nanoseconds. 

Any ideas?
