Can anyone recommend a guide to proper nutrition for the HIV positive? 
I've just entered a research protocol at the National Instititutes of
Health (where I'll be receiving alternating AZT/DDI --  if anyone is
interested in the wherewithall, write).  Anyway, I know this is a field
with a lot of differing opinions and options, and I'd like to get some
guidance --
