        In case anyone else might find this useful, I ftp'ed the
        three bibliography files mentioned in sci.virtual.worlds
                -
                bibliography_additions1_11-90
                bibliography_additions2_11-90
                bibliography_original_10-90
                -
        from milton.u.washington.edu and formatted them into a 
        `bibtex' database file.  (I was *not* been painstaking 
        in my classification; my aim was to simply get myself 
        a typeset hard copy.)  

        If there is sufficient interest I can post them here; 
        otherwise I'll just e-mail directly to any interested 
        individuals.
