  Sorry,this is another 'looking for..' posting.

 I'm looking for a PD decision tree expert system written by Samuel H. Smith
  which creates Turbo Pascal source. Its name is Rulemaker.

 I would appreciate ,too, if someone could point out where this kind of
 information can be found about AI programs in general.
