RACTER is sold by Mindscape software. It's available for the Macintosh, PC, and probably Amiga. The scripting language development environment is available for the PC. If you can't get it from your local software shop, I can dig up the address of the author's company in NJ; they'll be able to help you. There's a book written by RACTER, called "The Policeman's Beard is Half-Constructed". It's out of print at the moment. Pity, because it's very good in places.
