You can ftp an archive from 134.153.11.101.
In the file newpet.zip, is a programme that will calculate CIPW norms
There is other stuff in the directory as well.  Well one other zip file.
newpet is approx. 600,000 bytes.  so it won't be much use on anything other 
than a hard drive.  I  found that out the hard way.  :)
The site is called Sparky2.somethingelse thati can't remember, but the number
is right.
