I need somewhere around 800+K available. The catch is that I cannot afford to lose my graphics modes. I could sacrafice down to cga, but I would prefer to use VGA, have full access to all modes, and over 800K free on a 386 with 5 mb of ram. I have heard that DOS 5.0 will allow up to 620k of available ram, and I know quarterdeck's vidram will allow somewhere in the 7's(if you sacrafice graphics). My question is is this possible, am I wasting my time. If it is possible let me know by sending me mail to the address below. gerb@brahms.udel.edu
