I've been trying to get ahold of cica.cica.indiana.edu via our ftp
connection for about a week. Now, I'm not a usual user of ftp, but I've
never connected anywhere either. Our site only uses the site *number* I
found out.

So, does anyone have a list of 'numbers' for sites, or at least cica?
What I'm really trying to get is a copy of the files QVTNET16.ZIP and
WINVN.ZIP.

Any help would be appreciated!
