Send me a request and I'll mail it to you. For that matter, I'll send it to anyone who would like it. It is a replacement for uuencode/decode that uses more efficient coding, will automatically split and recombine for mailing, will automatically mail the parts, will send multiple files, and has a 32-bit CRC check for each file to make sure it got across ok. Also, it only uses characters that are expected to be safely translated to and from EBCDIC, though I don't know anyone who has tried to get it working on an IBM system.
