CCITT Rec. T.4, like all CCITT and ISO standards, are published and copyrighted
by their organizations.  Posting would therefore not be appropriate.  I am sure
that your organization (Bull) has a copy of the CCITT Blue Books somewhere.

CCITT is working on making the recommendations available in electronic form, 
but the problem of charging has not yet been solved.  The ODA interchange
format will be used, as well as Word for Windows.
