Message-ID: <114623@cc.utah.edu> Date: 3 May 91 19:45:51 MDT Lines: 31 NOTE: Please send all replies to bnelson@cc.weber.edu I am looking for the ability to create three dimensional images from still ariel photographs or video tape. What type of Mac configuration would be required? What software/hardware would be required? How much would this cost? The reason why this is needed is that a relative of mine is trying assist third world countries in their land management and it would be helpful to be able to take two pictures and combine them into a 3-D picture on the computer screen and show how the landscape would change if a road was put in or if trees were cut down etc. Ideally my relative needs a hardware/software configuration that would allow him to create a 3-D view from a human perspective i.e. what the landscape would look like at human eye level. Any suggestions or hints of where I can get more information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
