I am looking for a file that will terminate and stay resident on a PC to
grab VGA screen contents into a .GIF file. I have a similar program 
called whitecap.exe which converts .gifs, viewed with cshow, into .ss files
to be edited with Splash. (put friend's heads on dog bodies, etc.) I need
a file that can convert them back to .gifs! HELP!
