Yet another option is:
    GRAFkit from Centera Technologies, Inc.

    This package is almost identical to NCARgraphics except that it is produced
by
     a commercial company and therefore motivated to keep its software upto
date
     and evolving.  This comes with a GKS package and a CGM translater as well
as
     support for a lot of devices, including X/DECwindows.
