Lines: 17 Can anyone tell me if they have seen a 370 Assembler that runs on Unix and generates 370 object code? Output of compatible TEXT files would be best, but any output would be acceptable. I'm not looking for a cross assembler, only a 370 Assembler that runs on Unix. (I suppose 'runs on Unix' may mean 'is coded in C'.) Any information on such a program would be greatly appreciated. I've read about pc370, but I don't have a pc. Would it be possible to port pc370 to a Sun? What language is pc370 written in? Does it support 370-XA? Thanks -- Frederick J.
