I am looking for the bug fix for Berkeley mail which makes it generate
"cc:" addresses correctly.  When mail has an original "cc:" line in a
message like:

	Cc: Ben Golding <bgg@pta.oz>

using reply would generate an address like:

	Cc: <bgg@pta.oz>, Ben@pta.oz, Golding@pta.oz

I remember the fix being posted some time ago and I didn't save a copy.
If someone could forward it to me, I'd appreciate it.
