	I am interested in any information or newsgroup that would help
me learn about Error correcting codes.  (ECC).
	Source (any language), references, newgroups greatly
appreciated.
	I want to learn enough to write my own utility that would
put the ECC codes into a file for any given level of protection (1 bit,
2 bit etc.)
