Hello world!

I own a little SHARP BASIC computer and build a RS232 interface to
connect it with my 386.  I want to use one serial line for usual logins
(from my neighbour) and sometimes for data transfer to the SHARP.  How
can I disable a login on one line temporary (disable means no
login/getty process on the line)?
