Any store of .bat files out there which might help in the following

 need to run a menu like 

  1. Input Part number 
   
     then display it back to user on pc screen

 ask if this is correct, y/n ?

   Yes,go to server disk file service and convert this part number
   into  the file description it means ie this part number XXXXX tou
have choosen
   is for a PC with 1 mb of mem,+ dos 4.0 +windows +....

   is this what you want y/n ?

    User answers yes and batch file formats disk in logical partitions

     and then xcopys the r/o files from the server,does a disk compare of the 
     original and the copied one,and shuts down and reboots PC
     of the hard disk unit copy.

      WOW what a mouthful

     Any batch files with intercative input using basic,or C etc... would
     greatly help .

    I'm a virtual  BASIC ( no pun ) new user .
