The IBM OS/2 toolkit (1.2, 1.3) has an example in \toolkt12\c\samples\pm\help1
subdirectory. The help manager has also appeared in the IBM Personal
Systems Developer magazine (see your IBM rep for a subscription). Or
you can get the "OS/2 Notebook" by Microsoft Press (Dick Conklin, Ed.)
pg 98 has an article entitled "Online Help for PM Applications"
