I was wondering, what is the significance of the range of the RGB palette values (R 2-90, G 4-88, B 6-85)? If my program reads in 3 8-bit values per pixel (for RGB) should I scale and offset them from 0-255 --> 4-90 (with the red color for example) or just give the PJ the full 0-255 and let it take care of any conversion to its NTSC color mapping?
