Greetings-
	I have downloaded the sources for the NCSA TCP package (v2.3beta) and
	noticed the presence of lots of functions to generate and talk to
	sockets.  Is there a guide around to describe building a library of
	these functions and the syntax for calling them?  I would rather not
	have to backwards engineer these sources (4 Megs!) to start developing
	my own codes.
	Any information will be greatly appreciated.
