I'm running a reasonable recient version and I'm about to try bringing up ntpd. My question is what precision is correct for the ntp.conf file? Given that the 'official' precision of gettimeofday(2) is 1 milisecond, but the 'real' precision seems to be ~ 1/60 of a second. Any hints here? ----- Stephen C.
