I would like to hear your observations on the captioned tools.
Functionality is the principle concern rather than user interface.

My background...

Apollo DSEE: Six years, multi-vendor, multi-platform, multi-language.
SCCS:        Several small efforts.
Sun NSE:     Paper study, hands on demos.
RCS:         Paper study only.

Pointers to outstanding references (Nutshell or whatever) would also be
appreciated.

If the signal to flame ratio is high enough, I will post a summary.
