You included the MrBackup.init file, but you didn't say (I don't think)
where it was stored.  I think it has to be in your s: directory, or else
maybe in the same drawer as the MrBackup file.  I've used MrBackup quite 
a bit.  You might want to try it without compression, although I've used
it with compression and it's worked OK.
