Two suggestions:
 
1) See where the grey 'masked out' area is on the ruler.  I know my
   Panasonic won't print in those grey areas.  I believe that ProWrite
   reads the Preferences settings to set those.
 
2) Check preferences.  My driver originally set the margins at 5 and 75,
   so I've set them out to the maximums to get the most printing space
   possible.
