I think you can get the "Apprentice" version (what I bought) for alot cheaper - maybe around $150 or so. The limitations on the Apprentice are 1) no postscript, and 2) only 5 page max score length. Number 2 is not a real problem though, since you can print as many consecutive score files as you wish. Its just slightly more inconvienent when editing stuff near page breaks. - steve
