As expected, this may contain potential spoilers for those who haven't
gotten very far in the game...


I've gotten to the point where the only things I can find to do are the
Captain's Den and the bottomless pit that I can't cross. What I figure
must be the answer to one of them must lie under the stone covered with
'olive goo'. How do I get this up? And how do I get the password from
Queequeg (or how do I find the Captain's treasure?). Also, what do I need
to attach to the bell rope so I can throw it across the pit and have it
stay there?
