The dealer was *out* of all 3000 models ("We sold two in two days with this program."). Also, they're the only dealer in the greater Houston Area, so stock could be a problem... 1. I bought: A3000/25-50 at "Power Up" price and a 1950 monitor for $3024 (tax included). 2. If I had wanted to by the 1950 educational, I would have had to wait a couple of weeks and do the typical edu paperwork. 3. Edu discounts apparently don't require the purchase of a cpu.
