Message-ID: <1991May6.205048.25576@menudo.uh.edu> Sender: usenet@menudo.uh.edu (USENET News System) Nntp-Posting-Host: karazm.math.uh.edu Organization: University of Houston -- Department of Mathematics Distribution: na Date: Mon, 6 May 1991 20:50:48 GMT When I bought my A3000 Saturday, the dealer said they were expecting a shipment this week (week of the 6th) and that I should have my 3000 in "a day or two". I called today, and said: "I called last week and ya'll were out of A3000s. When do you expect to get some more in?" The answer was: "Well, we get them in all along, so we should be getting some in soon." Now, assuming the dealer (Microsearch -- the *only* dealer within a few hundred miles) is telling me the truth, I'll have a machine in a day or so. However, if the dealer actually ordered the system today (let's say, since I bought it late Sat. afternoon) -- when will he actually see the system? A week? Two weeks? email, please, unless you think it's really important to let the entire continent know... -- J.
