Thanks to all who replied to my request for information on Problem
Tracking systems that run on the Apollo.  The only commercial product
mentioned was:

Another product mentioned that does not run on the Apollo, but
does run on other UNIX platforms (based on the product literature I
have it runs on the Sun SPARCstation, IBM 6000, 88K machines, with
plans for 386 UNIX (SCO) and MIPS by "first quarter 1991").
