I e-mailed Jason Harper on CompuServe a while ago and told him there were much faster GIF converters out now and he said he wasn't interested in getting a faster GIF converter... Sure seems strange, when Todd's GIF converter when it was COMPLETELY in C, it was faster than SHRConvert.
