Message-ID: <1991May6.142151.22681@Eyring.COM> Date: 6 May 91 14:21:51 GMT Sender: bcc@eyring.com Organization: Eyring, Inc. Lines: 10 Can someone help me with a problem? My SM124 monochrome monitor experiences occasional periods of black out -- I'll be running something and everything goes dark! It lasts for a few minutes, then comes back on its own. The little green power indicator stays on, so presumably the power supply itself is ok. No, it doesn't seem related to a heat failure, since it can fail soon after turning it on. Cycling the power doesn't have any obvious effect, and I have tried it in two different systems with the same result. I haven't opened this monitor, although I have adjusted others -- non-conducting screwdriver in hand, other hand behind my back! Where's the loose connection?
