If you change the connector, a C128 power supply will do fine on a C64 (in fact, the power supply that came with the 1764 REU was just a C128 supply with a connector that fit the C64). However, I don't suggest running two computers from the same power supply because you'll get some interesting relative voltages caused by internal recification and regulation of the AC signal.
