Subject: Binhex 4.0 error messages? How to interpret?

I've had good success getting various files from sumex-aims via FTP, doing
the "de-binhexing" and unstuffing, etc. 

However, while attempting the "Download Application on the following files:

	card/vertebrate-world-reptiles.hqx
	card/vertebrate-world-birds.hqx
	card/vertebrate-world-fish.hqx

I received the following error messages:

	CRC($6COA) error
	CRC($BBE2) error
	CRC($E2F7) error

I have two questions:

1.  Has anyone else had a similar problem WITH THESE PARTICULAR FILES?
2.  Where would I get documentation to help read these error messages?
