I used the archie database to search for the file and came up with several
possible places that it is located. Here they are:
grape.ecs.clarkson in the /pub/msdos/uploads directory
and
mrcnext.cso.uiuc.edu in the /ux1/pc/exec-pc directory

I hope this is the file you folks are looking for. There are other places
that are listed, but I choose these two because they seemed the most promosing.
I did not ftp the file myself, so I am not sure it is what you are looking for.
