PacerTerm is by Pacer Software. I don't know the cost. Since it uses the
Communciations Toolbox, it will support ZMODEM etc when there are ZMODEM etc
tools available for the CTB. The big feature of PacerTerm is supposed to be
its scripting language.

The program is currently in beta test (no I wasn't lucky enough to be a 
beta tester).
