It's a CP340 with 0456 "firmware". The drive is in a EMAC casing. When i power it on, it start to seek ( it looks like a test mode). It started to do that after having cleaned the inside of the casing. Is there a way to get it off the test mode? With some SCSI utilities i can get the drive info, but not the mode sense. The driver or partition map could also be damaged from a virus. Any help will be appreciated... Sphynx@cs.mcgill.ca
