Trying to execise the '30 day worry free money back guarantee' got me transferred repeatedly to a non answering extension. The drive, however, works fine. The case is metal with a plastic front panel. Push button scsi selector and fan and powersupply. The clips on the scsi connectors (which remind me of the clips on a centronics cable connector) don't grab and clip properly. It arrived exactly when they said it would which was about 3 - 4 days with 1 day ups shipping (I live 6 hrs away). I would order from them again only if they were significantly cheaper than the competition (as they are in this case). Jim
