Your problem with view GIFs may be very simple. Have you tried changing the type and creater? You can use Disktools 3, or MacTools and probably quite a few other utilities. Change them to GIFf GIFf. That "should" solve it. Also, may I suggest changing to GIFConverter, a much more useful program, and the current version has an option that will actually do this for you (version 2.2d6 ).
