I am searching for a plotting package for the Mac which allows me to
keep a very high level of control over what is plotted.  
Specifically, I'd like to be able to control line types [solid, dash, etc],
tick marks & styles, axis breaks, scales, axis & plot labels [text and 
location], contour plots.  

I know this is a tall order, but I'm sure that there must be a package/
packages out there that can do this.  I'd give anything to stay off DOS!!
