1) Simple/Dumb - Pull out the paper tray during startup.
2) Good/$$$$   - Buy Widgets
3) Good/Free   - LaserWriter Font Utility by Apple

Choice number 3 is the ticket I think.  I got ahold of this
utility off of AppleLink as part of the True Type font stuff.
I don't think that either are available on Sumex.  I would 
post them there if I knew if this was OK.

You can get this utility via anonymous FTP at apple.com.
Can I assume that if it is available via FTP for free then
I can freely distribute it?  Someone let me know.
