I don't really mind them, though it is mildly annoying having to sort them out from all of the other messages in the group. Perhaps they could be posted to .digest, like the info-mac and tidbits postings are. That might be a bit more appropriate, given that they seem to be coming out on a regular basis. Updates like this are a lot easier than having to snarf some huge index by FTP every time you want to check to see if there are new files. If you really don't like them, you could put them in your kill file. Lawrence Miller
