For those who mailed me regarding the init manager "Extensions Manager", I've
got on to AppleLink, I have a copy, but the the caveat was that I do NOT
distribute it. Sorry for those who may have required it, but I can't give it to
you. I will try again on and after May 13, but no promises there.
