When there is a B&W bitmap why couldn't it have been the first entry of the record so we could have called PlotIcon with the CIconHandle directly on a non-color machine (ie an SE) instead of having to call CopyBits or having both cicn's (for color machines) and ICON's (for B&W). Okay okay, this is a pretty minor thing, but it seems pretty stupid to me anyway.
