Just divide it in two: 1)comp.sys.next.questions_and_announcements and 2)comp.sys.next.answers_and_opinions Users would consult #1) for new questions and announcements. And could skip over all the messages which start Re: ..... about subjects which they care little about For some of these which they do car about, users would find them in #2). I estimate that almost 80% of the current posting traffic is of the form Re:.......! Which I pretty much skip over quickly if I'm not interested in the subject (such as the in-depth discussions into which has a better price/performance ratio: NeXT or Commadore 64) Just a thought, Keith
