Thanks for the help everyone whom  has responded.  I don't have a printer
so the first thing I did was to chuck all the printer programs to free up
some disk. Oh well, by doing that I never found the save option. I'll try it
out when I get home.

Thanks again - especially for not sending RTFM responses ( which I expected).
