My 040 and 2.0 ugrades just arrived (which I 
ordered at the end of March).  I noticed the 
software upgrade came with a card for getting
Mathmatica/ACL/SQL, but I could not find a 
similar card for getting Improv.  

Do you return the registration card that came
with the 040 board in order to get Improv, or
was there another form (in addition to the reg
card) that also has to be returned to NeXT by 
the end of May?
