Under 1.0 and earlier releases, one could change /etc/ttys, do a "kill -HUP 1" and then continue. This doesn't seem to work under 2.0 (for me in changing the baud rate at which a terminal is serially connected),and I too resorted to a reboot, after which the new baud rate was in effect. Glad to hear it's not just me, I was starting to feel a bit paranoid. nick katz
